CLINIC POLICIES

ARRIVAL

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes to your appointment. As an artist who works with one client at a time, my schedule is typically back to back appointments. Arriving earlier than your scheduled time does not guarantee you may be seen earlier. It is a tremendous help if you arrive at the exact appointment time – which will allow me to properly prep, complete paperwork, and have a quick snack in between appointments. I’d rather you arrive 5 minutes late, than 15+ mins early.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS

Under no circumstances are children (of any age) allowed in clinic- due to liability issues. The clinic is not considered a salon, but rather a “tattooing facility”. Additionally, in order to prevent any possible cross contamination, distraction, or interruptions guests are not permitted in clinic during a session. As an artist I need to focus solely on you and the task at hand, additional guests have proven to be a disturbance to the process. It is our goal to provide an efficient, safe, focused, high quality service, and we appreciate your understanding.

ILLNESS

If for ANY reason you have been feeling under the weather; including but not limited to symptoms of a cold, flu, runny nose, sore throat, body aches, nausea, allergies or anything else (whether diagnosed or not) we ask that you inform us so that we may reschedule your appointment. All appointments can be rescheduled. If you arrive and I suspect flu like/contagious symptoms, I will refuse service – and all deposits are forfeited.

LATE ARRIVALS

Each appointment has a allotted amount of time needed to: properly setup, perform a procedure, and fully break-down to disinfect & sanitize; each minute is needed and accounted for. Therefore, please you give yourself enough driving time to arrive promptly to your appointment. We cannot assure that you will be seen if you are 12+ minutes late for your appointment, and will not rush through a procedure, cut any corners, or inconvenience the next appointment . Appointments whom arrive 12+ mins late will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. In order to reschedule, a new deposit will be required. Please keep in mind all appointments consist of numbing, completing paperwork, brow mapping, and me performing the procedure – arriving late will be cutting into this time , and cause for rushing.

NO SHOWS

No call/no shows are an extreme inconvenience. No call/no shows automatically forfeit appointment deposits, and will no longer be able to book future services.

NON-ADHERENCE TO PRE & POST CARE

It is mandatory for you to read both Pre & Post Care Instructions to familiarize yourself with things to avoid before/after your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment with tanned skin, skin irritation/pimple, pregnant, having consumed alcohol or any substances indicated to avoid on the detailed Pre Care Form, recent vaccinations, recent blood thinning medications or medications not disclosed prior, or an upcoming sunny vacation (that we didn’t discuss) your appointment will be cancelled, and deposit forfeited.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

One week prior to your scheduled appointment, a confirmation text will be delivered to the mobile number on record – you must simply click “Confirm Appointment” and the appointment is confirmed. Only 1-2 additional confirmation texts will be resent; failure to confirm an appointment within the times requested will cause a cancellation – and a client on the wait-list will be contacted to fill the spot.
